Lionbridge is currently seeking an Account Executive . As Account Executive you will be responsible for independently engaging with prospective clients within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge’s innovative solutions. Your primary objective will be to maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying existing and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas.   • Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge’s solutions and services, effectively articulating our value proposition.
  • Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas within your client base.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within existing book of business, positioning yourself as a key player in business development and hunting.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential new contacts, driving new business growth.
  • Understand client requirements by conducting thorough needs assessments.
  • Educate customers and clients on Lionbridge’s service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external), maintaining regular communication to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies.
  • Ensure all key accounts have strategic plans that are maintained and regularly reviewed.
  • Act as an escalation point for any issues raised by your customers.

Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar would be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and one or more European languages.
