Job Overview
Account executive staff serve as the point of contact with our company’s clients, community managers to help foster social media growth, translators of content, and interpreters for meetings and events.
What you will do:
- Client liaison (JP⇔EN)
- Translation, localization of SNS content
- LQA checks of English copy
- Interpreting at client meetings (JP⇔EN)
- Market research
- Social media content creation
- Event and campaign ideation
- Community management (monitoring & moderation)
- Bot management & maintenance
- Pitch deck creation & translation (JP⇔EN)
- Interpreting at events (Tokyo Game Show, etc.)
What you will need:
- Native-level English
- Business proficiency level Japanese (N1)
- Translation and interpreting experience (2-3 years)
- Social media management experience (2-3 years)
- General Office software competency
What will give you a leg up:
- Knowledge of the gaming industry
- Experience with client liaison work
- Experience with Discord
- Coding experience (for Discord bots)
- Experience with social listening tools (Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, etc.)
