Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support and Client Engagement:
- Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients in the translation and localization market.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Provide insights to enhance the sales approach and identify growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and events to gain hands-on experience.
- Sales Process Execution:
- Learn and execute the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and linguists, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Training and Development:
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to build skills in sales, negotiation, and the localization industry.
- Prepare reports and share insights with senior leaders as part of the learning process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and the translation and localization industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
