We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain client accounts and forge stronger relationships to upsell and cross-sell our services ultimately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for localisation and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. The role is very hands-on and suits someone who enjoys being at the front of the business and understands localisation in the context of the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for client relationship management with existing accounts and will work closely with other departments to keep our sales proposition relevant and competitive. This role will involve frequent client monitoring and interaction, and therefore previous experience in B2B client relationship management will be essential.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between our clients and Project Management team;
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and referrals;
  • Take a proactive role in learning about our client’s industry, business needs, and company culture;
  • Maintain accurate client records by regularly following up with your accounts;
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling proposals;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell;
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve our service proposition;
  • Generate client progress reports for the Sales department;
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly. Educate the Project Management team to do the same;
  • Travel abroad to attend industry events as and when required.

Preferred background:

  • Previous experience in B2B client relationship management;
  • Previous experience working and networking in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage;
  • Fluent in business English;
  • Go-getter and self-starter, but also a team player;
  • Strong interpersonal and numerical skills;
  • Exposure to the localisation industry is a strong advantage.

Location: Boavista, Porto (Carolina Michaelis metro station). Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
