What You Will Do

The Core Account Management team at Translated is primarily focused on converting and managing leads coming from inbound campaigns and on retaining and fidelising recurring customers, always providing them with the best solution available for their needs. This team handles a wide range of inquiries, from individual clients to corporate accounts, each requiring a distinct approach for optimal service and conversion.

As a member of the Core Account Management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively transforming leads into recurring clients, recognising and understanding their needs and designing the best solutions for them, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Recognizing business potential of new and recurring customers through strategic analysis.
  • Ensuring profitability and success of accounts, driving to customer retention.

Qualifications Required

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages: Must be fluent in English and at least one other language. Fluency in Italian, German, or French is highly regarded.
  • Cultural competence: Should possess a strong awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences, vital for effectively managing a diverse client base.
  • Performance metrics understanding: Knowledge of key performance indicators for account management, including client retention rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction scores.
