The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients.
  • Collaborates with the marketing, brand management, project management, and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience.
  • Ensures that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolves escalated concerns to client satisfaction while taking preventive actions and periodical measures.
  • Manages key accounts to guarantee customer retention and cooperation expansion (upselling).
  • Tracks all stages of the sales process and sales funnels from identification of leads coming from the marketing department to following up prospecting calls to key clients.
  • Ensures the flow of accurate information about the industry and competitors from the marketing department that allows informed decision-making.
  • Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, and building and expanding client relationships.
  • Prepares and presents professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, or Project Manager, or any relevant position in the localization industry is a must.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiar with CAT tools.
  • Being able to create a word count log with Trados is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates personal drive to succeed and reach sales targets.
  • Strong and persuasive presentation skills.
