Position Overview:

The Account Manager (Sales) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting leads into clients in the translation and localization services sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role is crucial to driving revenue growth and achieving the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Research and prospect potential clients in target industries, including but not limited to IT, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and education.

  • Client Meetings & Conversion:
  • Schedule and conduct qualifying meetings with leads to understand their requirements, demonstrate the agency’s services, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients by presenting compelling value propositions, closing deals, and negotiating contracts.

  • Manage Digital Marketing Leads:
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through the company’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Nurture these leads, qualify them, and convert them into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Cross-selling and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional translation and localization services to existing clients.

  • Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to senior management, including progress on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to improve future performance and achieve growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the language services or technology sector.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of translation and localization processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
