We are looking for a candidate for the position of: Administration & Accounting Specialist.

Location: Kraków

Hybrid work, with at least three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating company correspondence
  • Supervising the proper circulation of information and documents
  • Entering accounting documents into the accounting software and archiving them
  • Reconciling bank statements in the accounting software
  • Confirming account balances and aging receivables and payables
  • Collecting necessary accounting and tax documents
  • Preparing and processing payments
  • Helping out with preparing documents for audits and other activities
  • Performing other accounting and finance tasks assigned by the supervisor, depending on the department’s needs and individual preferences and abilities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Very good command of English (enabling fluent communication – level B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence in action, communicativeness, and ability to work in a team
  • High personal culture
  • Ability to draft correspondence and think analytically
  • Commitment and responsibility for task completion

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Higher education or ongoing studies (preferred fields: accounting, finance, economics, or related)
