Paspartu, a leading translation and localization solutions provider in Greece, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its Business Development department to support the development and expansion of its client basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage outbound campaign calls and contact current or prospecting corporate clients
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
  • Enter lead/customer data into our ERP system and follow-up on leads.

About you:

  • You have a university/post-graduate degree in Translation
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are able to learn new technologies fast
  • You enjoy working in a team and you are very well organized
  • Similar previous experience will be appreciated.
