The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life

Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a

comprehensive architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Constantly and actively learning LMSL’s courses to be certified by LMSL;
  • Assisting clients’ needs regarding their concerns, goals, interests and monitor their progress and performance;
  • Prepare lesson plan based on our framework research documents by design and develop course content and materials for localization training programs
  • Conducting the 1on1 consultation sessions with our clients;
  • Conduction the group coaching sessions with our clients;
  • Being the subject-matter experts by giving comprehensive advices based on LMSL’s

framework to address clients’ concerns;

  • Inspecting and assuring quality of translated content (from English into Arabic) from

the translation team;

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of LMSL’s framework and providing recommendations for improvements of different important aspects of elements in 12 different areas (personal, relationships, family, parenting, household management, home organization, personal productivity, personal resilience, happiness, wellbeing, affluence and longevity)
  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars on localization
  • Other tasks associated with course consultation assigned by the Direct Manager.

We expect you to:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Psychology, Humanities fields,
  • Education, or other relevant related studies;
  • Previous role(s) should demonstrate 2+ years of consecutive experience in a relevant field company
  • Have skill and experience as training, coach, or similar role;
  • Have strong research, analysis, and critical thinking skills;
  • Have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills;
  • Have experience in public speaking or writing;
  • Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
  • Excel in written and verbal English
  • Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
  • Have creative thinking;
