VeraContent is a multilingual content agency specialized in creating and localizing content for global brands. We offer content creation, marketing translation, social media strategy and management, and design services to companies operating worldwide, with a focus on European markets. 

We are looking for a post-graduate to join our team for a 6-month paid internship to learn the ropes of social media project management. As an Assistant Social Media Project Management Intern at VeraContent, you will support the Project Management team to make sure projects meet client expectations, deadlines and budgets. 

 

You will assist in coordinating and supporting an international team of freelance and in-house social media managers, community managers, content creators, and influencers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assisting Social Media Project Managers in the day-to-day management of their accounts. This includes:

  • Assisting PMs with ensuring efficient internal workflows, including making sure deadlines are met, quality checks are completed and hours are allocated correctly.
  • Documenting the details of each project and its status via our internal project management software
  • Assisting PMs in monitoring the performance of the social media accounts we manage, flagging any issues and proposing solutions. 
  • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Contributing content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform developments.
  • Assisting in talent management and selecting the best-fit profiles for community managers, UGC content creators, and influencers.
  • Researching the latest trends and proposing content ideas for the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts we manage, ensuring they are effectively implemented for each client.
  • Assisting with client communication to help PMs build strong client relationships. 
  • Assisting with budgets, resource management and internal reporting.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a high level of Spanish, for internal and external communication.
  • Interest in social media marketing.
  • Passionate about social media and interested in learning more about international social media management, social media strategy, content and influencer marketing. 
  • A strong interest in growing as a project and people manager.  
  • A motivated self-starter who is always looking to grow, learn and improve.
  • A recent graduate of a relevant undergraduate program in the field of communication, marketing, language or social sciences.

  • Curiosity: Taking a genuine interest in every new project or challenge. Going the extra mile to fully understand the topic or issue at hand, especially before creating a brief or making an assignment.
