Business Development Representative (EMEA / DACH)

Joining us as Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of our EMEA Sales Team and a focal point in our ambitious growth objectives. Already experienced in a similar role in a fast paced growth business, this represents an opportunity to build on your existing business development skills in one of the most innovative product led businesses in Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Phrase value proposition for enterprise clients effectively articulating the value proposition to business leaders.
- Systematically prospecting & developing new business opportunities within the relevant markets in the DACH region.
- Extensively research target personas in order to develop and refine sales messaging & cadence.
- Working directly with the EMEA AEs & Marketing Automation teams to nurture specific target personas.
- Calling & qualifying target personas and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly targets across phone, email & InMail KPI’s.
- High quality maintenance of target persona & activity data in Salesforce.com.
- Proactively creating & scheduling engagement opportunities with business leaders (CXO & VP’s) through calls, industry events and marketing initiatives.
- The BDR will be measured by their ability to build qualified pipeline revenue.
What you need:
- You are already a top-performer in your current sales team in a similar role and looking to take that next step.
- You can speak Native level German.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial personality, positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
- You understand the importance of detailed research and have a strong grasp of enterprise business value.
- You have exceptional communication & interpersonal skills and an articulate and professional telephone manner.
- Highly driven and passionate individual with enthusiasm, persistence, resilience.
- Competitive and committed to the success of oneself and theteam
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other Technologies are a Plus
