Job Description

Bromberg & Associates Language Solutions Company is currently seeking a full-time bi-lingual administrative assistant. This position will be a hybrid position from home and our office in Farmington Hills, MI.

  • Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Receiving and directing visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Purchasing office supplies and maintenance of office supply inventory
  • Data entry
  • General support in various departments on as-needed basis
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other data analysis tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries, distributing them accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives, as needed.

  • Holds a B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education or verifiable experience in above required tasks;
  • Possesses strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with great phone manner;
  • Is detail- and process-oriented;
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships;
  • Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;
  • Is able to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Being bilingual is a must;
