Job Title: Sr. Content Designer

Location: Remote – United States

Primary Focus:

Support content design for Seller Capital, a service successfully launched in the US and UK in 2024, with plans to expand into Greater China. This role will also explore new products, such as seller insurance, tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.

Fluency Requirements:

Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential. While Mandarin is the primary focus, other dialects are acceptable. Strong bilingual candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale existing product frameworks to meet the needs of a global audience at an enterprise level.
  • Collaborate with localization teams to ensure seamless translation and cultural relevance.
  • Design in-product content, such as product flows, rather than external communications like email, marketing, or social media.

Challenges:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Adapt global product frameworks for the specific needs of the Greater China market.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional and localization teams.
  • Experience in creating in-product content, particularly in scaling products on a global level.
  • Chinese fluency (interested to look at non Chinese).
