What You’ll Do: 

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. From conducting market research to delivering captivating presentations, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and services.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. This includes preparing proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of business development initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain Relationships with Existing Clients: Regular follow ups with the existing clients, increase business with them and ensure their satisfaction
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Previous experience in the localization industry is a must.
  • Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
