Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients in industries such as technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and more.
- Research and reach out to decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track progress and opportunities.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
- Create and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by collaborating with internal teams.
- Market Insights and Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and align with market demands.
- Performance Reporting:
- Track sales activities and results using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of translation and localization processes or technologies is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
