About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Localization Business Development Executive to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region, with a focus on localization services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting GCC market clients
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the localization and translation industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Attend industry conferences and networking events (virtually or in-person)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with GCC clients
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in localization, translation, or language services
- Knowledge of localization technologies and translation management systems
- Advanced degree in Business or relevant field
- Multilingual capabilities
