Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
- Represent Localize a2z at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Expand business opportunities with existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Set clear customer expectations aligned with service capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and ensure successful post-contract management.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Track record of exceeding regional sales targets.
- Expertise in cold calling and identifying decision-makers within organizations.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail.
