Business Development – Bilingual
Location: 100% Remote (Based in Argentina)
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development to join our team. This role will involve working closely with potential clients in the USA, identifying key opportunities, and driving the sales process from lead generation to conversion. You will play a critical role in sourcing and nurturing new business, ensuring strong client relationships, and supporting the development of tailored solutions.
About the role:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively search for and identify potential clients in the USA and LATAM identified by the agency, focusing on industries that need translation, localization, subtitling and transcription services. This includes analyzing the market and studying potential clients who would benefit from our services.
- Client Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant tools to source new leads and clients, targeting key decision-makers in companies needing digital development solutions.
- Outreach & Communication: Send personalized outreach emails using pre-defined templates to engage with prospects, introducing our services and initiating conversations.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand which industries or companies are in need of our services: translations, localizations, audiovisual transcriptions, multilingual subtitling, and desktop publishing and tailor the outreach accordingly.
- Sales Process Management: Move prospects through the sales pipeline, qualifying leads and driving them toward closing. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop strategies and refine outreach methods.
- Collaboration with CEO: Work directly with the CEO to streamline the business development process, ensuring all leads are nurtured and converted effectively.
What we expect:
- Fluency in English & Spanish: Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, as the role will involve interacting with clients from the USA and Latin America.
- Sales & Lead Generation Experience: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the translations, localizations, audiovisual transcriptions, multilingual subtitling, and desktop publishing areas
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industries requiring translation and localization services, or related digital services is a plus.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to independently research, source leads, and drive the sales process forward without heavy supervision.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable reaching out to potential clients via email and LinkedIn, and handling objections or queries from prospects.
Compensation: Pricing will be based on an hourly basis and individual quotations and performance.

We established our agency in 2018 with headquarters in Argentina. We initially conceived CGC as a translation service provider dedicated to satisfying the needs of our clients, but with time, we expanded our services to include localization, transcription, subtitling and DTP services.
We work with clients both small and large, from single-person consultancies to major corporations.
Our main languages are Spanish (Latin American), Portuguese, French, Italian and German. However, we have an international team of over 500 professionals, covering more than 100 different languages.
