What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development Team Lead you will generate and contact direct and indirect leads, regain lost accounts, discuss potential projects and present our services to the clients. Additionally, calculates monthly commission schemes and monitors team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and pursuing selling opportunities:
Generate and contact direct and indirect leads using different tools.
Handle client opportunities through receiving client’s projects and understanding client’s instructions then properly handing them over to the project manager.
Upsell on lost accounts by contacting previous accounts and discuss potential projects, rates with decision makers.
Handle bidding tasks through checking procurement opportunities portal (portals/ market place) and verifying the needed expertise for the project.
- Managing team performance and compensation:
Ensure smooth workflow through answering team members questions (about prices, client history, providing work samples or handling certain situations) and attend meetings with the production to ensure everything is on track.
Calculate monthly commission scheme by reviewing the amounts of landed clients and calculating percentage as per the commission plan.
Monitor team’s performance against set metrics/KPIs using the CRM performance reports, update the team members with any deviations from target
Conduct appraisal for subordinates.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent to Fluent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- UK market’s experience is a must.
- Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
- Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proficiency in CRM / lead generation tools.
