Business Development Manager (f/m/d)
Candidates should have the drive and determination to develop strategic relationships with companies across various industries.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
· You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation solutions, actively seeking, tackling and implementing new business opportunities.
· You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sustainable client relationships.
· You will develop and successfully implement growth plans and strategies.
· You will work closely with the Janus Worldwide team to develop solutions for our clients’ needs and goals.
· You will work with colleagues and clients to develop roadmaps to ensure successful client onboarding and in-time deliveries.
· You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the sales pipeline and reporting on it regularly.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
· At least 3 years of professional experience in the translation and localization industry and a proven track record in selling language services
· Good English skills, both written and spoken
· You strive for success
· You feel comfortable meeting people and talking to them
· You are a good communicator and presenter
· You can motivate yourself and are solution-oriented
· You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player
