Business Development Manager, Healthcare SME

Our Client specializes in providing language services. This is a high growth company, poised to double in size in the next 2 years. You can be instrumental in helping the company grow its revenues in the healthcare arena. The company prides itself on delivering the absolute best possible service to customers and meeting their needs as they grow.
Responsibilities
- Convey company’s value proposition to prospective buyers
- Identify sales leads that match the company’s target customers
- Build new business with target companies through cold calling and other means of communication
- Attend conferences and trade shows as required
- Meet assigned revenue/profitability targets
- Report pipeline in company’s CRM system
- Work closely with management to organize sales campaigns
- Work with management to negotiate terms with major clients
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Subject Matter Expertise in the across the Healthcare marketplace.
- 2-3 or more years of successful sales experience and achievement of targets in Sales with at least 1 year in the Localization industry
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Selling skills – good at connecting with prospective customers via cold calling, conveying the company’s value proposition and ask for their business
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Ambitious, with a desire to achieve objectives
- Resilient, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak another language is desirable
Compensation:
- A competitive base salary based on experience and a generous commission plan.
- This position is US-based, work-from-home.
