Summary
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to focus on prospecting and growing our Healthcare client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Healthcare sector. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality, eager to drive growth and expand our client base.
Requirements
- 3-5 years minimum selling language services to the Healthcare Plan and Hospital System verticals
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a hunting role
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with market research, sales strategies, and sales planning
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (Anticipated travel 30-40%)
