We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for the Spanish and International market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferably majoring in international trade, international relations, translation and interpreting, business administration, marketing etc.
- Fluent English (min. C1), fluent Spanish (min. C1)
- Other languages desirable (German, French, Italian and/or Chinese are a plus)
- 3 years’ sales and marketing experience
- Must be a sales-oriented, effective and persuasive communicator
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Build up the sales network
- Identify and establish business relationships with quality business professionals and referral channels
- Independently search and approach potential clients to introduce company services and discuss client needs
- Working hand to hand with the CEO and the marketing department
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients through regular visits, phone calls or emails
- Develop new marketing and sales strategies (social media etc).
- Participation in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars and client events
- Be in contact with the national and international sales network
Working Conditions
- Full-time (flexible working hours)
- Weekly or daily reporting to supervisor
- Reimbursement of travelling expenses
- Salary variable according to candidate
