Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The BD will be responsible for the following tasks –
- Identify New Opportunities: Research and qualify new business opportunities in the localization and translation sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in business development or sales, preferably in the localization or translation industry.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and operations.
