Headquartered in Vienna, Austria and with offices across the globe providing linguistic services and technology to some of the world’s leading organizations, Janus Worldwide is looking to add a BDM to our team who has the drive and determination to build strategic relationships with organizations across a range of verticals.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Creating and implementing activities for lead generation and identifying, progressing and closing new business opportunities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
- Develop and execute on growth plans and strategies
- Work with the Janus internal team members to develop solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
- Collaboration with internal teams and customers to develop roadmaps and ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
- Establish, maintain and report on sales pipeline
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the localization/translation industry as business development manager/sales manager
- A desire to be successful
- Enjoy talking to and meeting people
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
