Business Development Manager, US

YOUR ROLE:

Identify business opportunities in the US and convert them into long-term collaboration.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:       

  • Reach to more key-decision makers via different channels (mass mail, LinkedIn, calls, ask for recommendations, etc.);
  • Develop a strong pipeline through self-generated leads and prospecting.
  • Research and identify the customers’ needs and position Travod as a compelling solution;
  • Develop commercial offerings, client proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the delivery team;
  • Negotiate the best terms and onboard new clients;
  • Ensure excellent customer service- handle promptly any complaints;
  • Act as Account Manager for the first 12 months for new accounts with the goal of expanding revenue;
  • Follow industry trends internationally.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Knowledge of the US market;
  • Proven work experience in sales, business development, marketing or related fields (at least 2 years);
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Proven experience in lead gen and prospecting;
  • Understanding of translation and localization processes and market;
  • Detailed understanding of content challenges in a global market.
