YOUR ROLE:
Identify business opportunities in the US and convert them into long-term collaboration.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach to more key-decision makers via different channels (mass mail, LinkedIn, calls, ask for recommendations, etc.);
- Develop a strong pipeline through self-generated leads and prospecting.
- Research and identify the customers’ needs and position Travod as a compelling solution;
- Develop commercial offerings, client proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the delivery team;
- Negotiate the best terms and onboard new clients;
- Ensure excellent customer service- handle promptly any complaints;
- Act as Account Manager for the first 12 months for new accounts with the goal of expanding revenue;
- Follow industry trends internationally.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- Knowledge of the US market;
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, marketing or related fields (at least 2 years);
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Proven experience in lead gen and prospecting;
- Understanding of translation and localization processes and market;
- Detailed understanding of content challenges in a global market.
