Business Development Representative

Our Client is an international Translation and Localization company that specializes in localizing, translating, and interpreting media in more than 150 languages, for different sectors.

100% remote role, PST time zone working hours

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound sales requests, following up with all prospects and preparing quotes or passing to BDMs.
  • Distinguish between transactional requests and larger opportunities to be developed.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads and qualify for sales.
  • Set initial meetings and introduce Business Development Managers as appropriate.
  • Conduct research to assist the Business Development Team with prospecting for target companies.
  • Follow up on inbound requests or sales opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Follow sales process and track 100% of sales activity in HubSpot.
  • Actively participate in LinkedIn and other social forums to promote company posts and share appropriate activity.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous sales experience in localization
  • Research and data analysis skills
  • Previous experience with a CRM
  • Familiarity with the US Market (plus)
  • Thrive on multi-tasking
  • Persistent and professional business communication skills
  • Support-oriented person
  • Advanced level of English
