Role: Business Development for AI Solutions

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Leader for AI Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the growth, sales, and business strategy for our AI services. This includes identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and leading efforts to expand our AI solutions capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and data science, to ensure the successful execution of our business development initiatives.

Translation and Localization, Transcription, Annotation; AI Development and Deployment – Predictive Analysis, Fraud & Spam Detection; Machine Learning Services – Data Collection, Data Cleansing and Labelling; Data Science & Analytics – big data analysis, predictive analysis; Natural Language Processing – Chatbot development; Image and Video Analysis and more

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand into new markets/ industries that leverage on AI, machine learning industries such as autonomous vehicles, healthcare.
  • Lead client meetings, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring the continuous growth of our AI solutions portfolio.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique AI needs and provide customized solutions. Proactively managing the existing client relationship to ensure satisfaction.

2.Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Set clear objectives and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive revenue growth within the AI solutions division.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.

3.Sales Forecasting & Reporting Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive brand recognition and awareness through successful client case studies and testimonials.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales pipeline status, revenue growth, and market trends.

4.Innovation & Expansion:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and of high quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methods for improving AI solution processes.

Qualifications:

1.Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2.Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in data services, AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in data annotation, AI, machine learning, or similar tech-driven industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.

3.Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the AI solution industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and key players.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and market penetration.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
