Afrasia Trans is a global content localization company based in Giza, connecting Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. We specialize in providing tailor-made solutions for enterprises to effectively globalize their content and connect with diverse audiences. With a focus on translation, localization, desktop publishing, and multimedia services, we support a variety of languages to and from English.

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their targets and objectives.
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and achievements to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the business development team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a high-performance mindset and maintaining a motivating work environment.

Job Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Translation & Localization Industry.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • International market exposure is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot) and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Advanced knowledge in email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals.
