Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of Business Development Specialists, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the team builds and maintains an active pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Monitor team performance to achieve assigned revenue quotas and set ambitious but achievable targets.
- Guide the team in conducting thorough research to identify new markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Establish effective communication protocols for team outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Review and ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines in sales contracts prepared by the team.
- Supervise the preparation of quotes for customers and lead follow-up efforts to convert quotes into projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and client interactions, utilizing CRM software.
- Provide leadership in delivering trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure relevant and up-to-date materials are available for sales efforts.
- Lead on-site and remote presentations to potential clients, highlighting Bayantech’s unique differentiators and value propositions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer drivers, regularly discussing strategy with management and stakeholders.
- Represent Bayantech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences to promote services and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development executive, preferably in the translation industry, with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in translation and localization sales or business development.
- Strong B2B sales track record with experience in closing new business.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and planning abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
