Business Development Team Leader

We are looking for a Business Development Team Leader, who will learn and grow their skills, so that in time they can help potential clients to see how MindWords Group (MWG) can break their language barriers, attracting new clients to MWG and generating greater revenue.

 Job Duties & Responsibilities

– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential customers within the targeted markets/ regions/ industries.
– Proactively seek out new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
– Engage with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
– Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential market shifts to position MWG as a market leader.
– Collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
– Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
– Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and represent MWG in the localization community.
– Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
– Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
– Prepare and present professional corporate RFI/RFP/RFQ and executive presentations.
– Be actively aware of work completed for your clients.
– Liaise with Account Managers to ensure compliance with agreed service level.
– Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
– Track sales team daily work and progress and make sure that the developed sales plan is achieved by the team.
– Provide necessary training, coaching and guidance to the sales and business development team to upgrade their levels and skills.
– Track and analyze sales performance, presenting a monthly progression sales report and periodic comparisons to the management to stand on any deficits or shortage in team skills or coaching.
– Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly detailed analyses of leads and communication status and discuss them with the management to understand the current situation of the company.

Qualifications:
✅Minimum 2 years of proven sales track record and revenue generation.
✅Experience in the Localization industry is Preferable
✅Fluent English is a MUST, and fluent English accent and familiarity with cold calling is a MUST. Other language skill is a plus.
✅Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office package and Internet.
✅Excellent Business Writing Skills
✅Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
✅Proven sales life cycle experience – lead generation through business closing
✅Strong interpersonal skills
✅Proven track record in achieving sales targets

⏭ Contract Type:
Full-time,
8-hour day,
5-day week, with monthly salary.
