Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a call center operator at Future Group Translation Services. The call center operator will be responsible for transferring calls to the interpreters who are going to handle the calls.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience in call center is preferred.
