Our client is a language service provider specializing in translation and localization across more than 200 languages. They support various sectors such as healthcare, legal, technology, government, and education and their offerings include translation, transcription, interpretation (both in-person and remote), multimedia localization, and transcreation services.
As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships within our existing clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable person that has proven success in developing relationships with enterprise size organizations.
As the first point of contact, you will need to be able to manage expectations, provide tailored solutions and aim to enhance our client satisfaction. To be successful within this role, proactive communication and collaboration among team members is vital.
This role is an integral part of the revenue team and as a CRE you will contribute by:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Develop and execute client growth strategies
- Expand account via referrals, customized outreach and targeted campaigns
- Partner with team members throughout our organization to provide innovative and tailored solutions
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Act as interface between Business Development and Production teams
Job Responsibilities:
- Track overall account performance to ensure client satisfaction and quality
- Conduct quarterly client reviews
- Create strategic plans to expand existing portfolio
- Monthly revenue forecast on key accounts
- Negotiate rates and deadlines
- Work closely with our production team to ensure that all jobs are on track and within margin
- Hold kick-off calls with client and internal teams
- Hold post-mortem project meetings on important client launches
- Analyze data (churn analysis, buying patterns) within your portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 2+ years of LSP account management experience required
- Knowledge of customer success strategies
- Working knowledge of CMS (Hubspot preferred)
