Our Strategic Account Solutions (SAS) team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, driving successful project outcomes through collaboration and expertise.

Position Summary:

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and coordinating language projects from inception to completion. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries regarding new projects using our centralized technology platform.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to assess project scope and provide accurate cost and timeline estimates.
  • Initiation of Projects: Lead the initiation of all project-related work by preparing detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions, while proactively identifying potential challenges.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues with clients before escalation to the production team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Take a proactive approach to understand clients’ industries and business needs, fostering effective communication across the project team.
  • Progress Monitoring: Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between external clients and internal production staff, setting and managing client expectations.
  • Compliance: Adhere to internal processes and ISO standards, troubleshooting any problematic projects as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and address client complaints, working collaboratively with both clients and production staff to find creative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Korean
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or project management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges
