Position Overview:
Adapt is seeking a dynamic Client Solutions Manager to manage client relationships, develop tailored localization solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of projects that meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of traditional localization workflows, along with an openness to Adapt’s innovative hybrid AI + human dubbing and subtitling processes. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones to drive project success and client satisfaction. The Client Solutions Manager will primarily need to be available in US working hours. This role has the potential to become permanent based on client volume and needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their localization needs and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, escalating issues and evaluating support as necessary.
- Maintain clear and timely communication to facilitate smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery and quality are not compromised.
- Monitor project performance, gather client feedback, and pinpoint opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in localization to continuously enhance service offerings.
- Create projects on Adapt’s proprietary project management tools and other integrated AI solutions.
- Learn enough about the tools to provide basic troubleshooting guidance to global team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in localization project management or client solutions in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Can work independently with proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Technical knowledge of video, audio, subtitles, and compression technologies, with an understanding of localization workflows.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
- Curiosity and passion for AI technology related to text-based subtitling and dubbing products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information and assignments.
- Home office setup is required.
- Experience in dubbing is a plus!
- Experience with OOONA is a plus!
- Proficiency in other spoken languages is a plus!
