Role:
Contractor will develop prompts and writing for improving the functionality, accessibility, and accuracy of products for internal and external use.
Tasks:
Contractor will perform the following activities necessary to complete the Technical Writing Services and any others identified in the applicable Order Form:
· Plan, create, manage, and deliver content that improves models or other technology.
· Design and establish style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet Client’s needs.
· Develop, mobilize, and execute knowledge management strategy.
· Create, compile, and organize technical documents for internal and external use.
· Review, revise, modify, or edit documents prepared by others.
· Collaborate with Client’s teams to improve quality and increase adoption of guidelines and standards.
· Assist in the development and implementation of and strictly adhere to document control procedures.
· Identify and remediate gaps, redundancies, or conflicts across model tasks..
· Collaborate on technical architecture diagrams (understanding current product language and branding).
Deliverables:
Contractor will perform the following deliverables and any others identified in the applicable Order Form:
· Prompt and Other generative AI writing for internal or external use.
· Editorial Deliverables, including reviewed copyedited, and technically verified content, such as guidelines, Google Docs, and Google Slides, for internal or external use.
· Localization Deliverables, including processed localization requests, activity reports, and quality assurance analysis.
· Review of generative AI outputs for quality, rewrites, and editing from internal and external inputs.
