Content Creator (Tech) – Spanish

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through digital engagement? Join our team as an Associate Program Manager and help shape the future of customer success. This role focuses on driving digital adoption initiatives to increase product usage across a diverse customer base.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer communications, optimize digital adoption strategies, and ensure an exceptional self-service journey for all users. Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?

Content Creation & Review:

  • Support and refine customer communications created by generative AI models (GenAI).
  • Ensure all messaging adheres to style guides, grammar standards, and overall intent.

Quality Assurance:

  • Validate all content elements, including copy, links, resources, and design for accuracy and relevance.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer digital experiences and drive adoption.
  • Partner with global program managers to develop and execute strategies for customer adoption journeys.

Content Localization:

  • Create and translate customer-facing content for English and Spanish audiences.
  • Assist with expanding resources into additional languages where applicable.

Metrics & Improvement:

  • Track and analyze campaign results to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements for better customer outcomes.

What do I need?

  • Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading customer-facing content.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (native or fluent).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication, writing and editing, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR, Translation, or related field, or equivalent experience in writing/editing.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes, including prompt building and content review.
  • Experience in email campaign development and digital customer journey mapping.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus.

This opportunity is an 11-month hybrid in the Dublin office, paying up to €45,000 per annum pro rata.
