Content Localisation Manager (Hybrid)
The Content Localization Manager sits within our Corporate Marketing Content Team, reporting to the Director of Content Marketing and is pivotal to the localization and activation of content marketing assets, web content publishing, social media and customer advocacy for our UK English and non-English speaking markets. The role requires a modern marketer with excellent project management and multi-tasking skills. A sharp communicator who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working across a variety of different teams.
Opportunity is offered hybrid at our Stratford, London office.
Your role in our future
- Project manage the delivery of content marketing assets (ebooks, whitepapers, brochures, videos, blogs, product web pages, etc) for UK English and non-English languages as required, in partnership with local language experts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support the timely launch of new products and solutions by supporting regional-specific content requirements.
- Work closely with the Global SEO team to refine and publish new content that supports regional SEO priorities for the Quadient web domain.
- Work closely with the Director of Content Marketing and Demand Gen Team(s) to provide supporting content for full-funnel demand generation plans.
- Ensure close collaboration and teamwork across the entire Content Marketing Team to deliver departmental objectives.
- Ensure an ongoing knowledge of market and competitor activity (both global and local) relating to the Quadient solution portfolio.
- Ensure that users of the translation platform (Smartling) are fully trained and using the system effectively to deliver the best results, whilst managing and maximizing the performance of the translation memory.
- Identify opportunities for and drive efficiencies in translations operations through process improvements, the use of emerging technologies such as AI, or in collaboration with our translation platform provider (Smartling).
Your profile
- 6 years+ experience in B2B / technology modern marketing with B2B Hardware or SaaS industry knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience working in a high-profile, fast-paced, results-oriented enterprise software business.
- Passion for working closely with product marketing, demand generation and lines of business leaders.
- Strong track record of managing and getting the best out of external agencies and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strategically minded but able to deliver tactical tasks and execute at speed; working or desire to work in a fast-growth environment.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
- High level of literacy with an ability to take complex solutions and break them down, explaining them in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Analytical with an ability to make observations and recommendations
- Creative, intuitive and thinks out of the box
- A real TEAM PLAYER!
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in a marketing discipline)
- Fluent English
