Content Manager

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in product marketing and content creation to head our content team. As a Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand presence across both existing and new markets. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing content for product feature launches (such as landing pages, articles, newsletters) and creating post-launch materials, like webinars, to drive adoption. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the team of 2 copywriters, 1 localization manager and 1 graphic designer to efficiently execute the content strategy across 14 languages.
  • Manage team activities, including hiring new members, conducting 1:1s, overseeing the team’s performance and development, and managing schedules, projects, and priorities.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions to define team strategies and align them with the business’s objectives.
  • Create versatile content in CZ or EN that can be effectively localized across European markets.
  • Own the product marketing content process and drive growth by creating high-quality content that attracts visitors, converts leads, and expands our reach.
  • Work alongside Product and Customer Care teams to deliver valuable, optimized content across channels, including the website, blog, and newsletters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on efficiency and automation.
  • Oversee projects involving copywriting and editing in both Czech and English.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in content or product marketing, including team leadership experience.
  • Interest in managing and mentoring team members, with attention to detail, initiative, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Czech and English.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok is a plus) and SEO tools (e.g., SemRush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive projects proactively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with producing webinars and video content.
  • Expertise in B2B content strategy.
  • Educational background in Marketing, English, Czech, Journalism, or a related field.
