Content Manager (Finance/Web3)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality English content for the company’s portfolio products and various platforms (e.g., website, social media, blogs, whitepapers).
  • Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice and industry standards.
  • Regularly update and optimize existing content to reflect the latest trends and developments in finance and Web3.

2.Multilingual Project Coordination:

  • Lead and manage multilingual content projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, marketing).
  • Oversee the translation and localization of content into multiple languages, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.
  • Set and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

3.Strategy Development:

  • Utilize deep industry knowledge in finance, Web3, and blockchain technologies to create and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to develop and launch impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

1.Language Skills:

  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Extensive experience in translating and localizing English content for global audiences.
  • Fluent Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders.

2.Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of finance, Web3, and blockchain technologies; prior experience in these fields is highly preferred.
  • Experience in media, marketing, or content strategy is a plus.

3.Project Management & Soft Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
