To create and deliver a content marketing strategy to increase awareness, understanding and trust in SCS and its services, and position RWS as the leading AI-enabled global content services provider for both enterprise-level and GoGlobal clients. 


About The Strategic Content Solutions Group (SCS)


Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcreating highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content strategy: Develop and execute the content marketing strategy for SCS to ensure target clients
  • Storytelling: Adopt an authentic storytelling approach to emotionally connect with prospects, clients and the wider industry – and position RWS as the trusted, innovative leader in the delivery of AI-enabled global content services
  • Content production: Lead the production of multi-format content for SCS brand awareness and activation campaigns, working with colleagues across SCS and Group marketing and external agencies, as required
  • Content innovation: Experiment with, evaluate and optimize content formats to ensure SCS messages reach, engage and convert target audiences
  • Sales and buyer enablement content: Support sales and client services teams to close sales and reduce time to revenue with the creation of content for RFPs, QBRs, upselling and cross selling opportunities and buyer enablement content
  • Content creation tools: Research and utilize innovative content creation tools and techniques to optimize content production


Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience as a content marketing leader for an international services provider
  • Deep and authentic knowledge of the localization industry
  • Ability to create engaging, targeted content for global B2B audiences
  • Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Experience managing the creation of all content types – video, webinars, visual, written
  • Skilled in creating and executing marketing plans and using marketing management tools
  • Knowledge and experience successfully utilizing all content marketing formats as part of a holistic marketing plan
  • Ability to anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse of content marketing innovation
  • Ability to plan and manage workload of self and others
  • Positive, innovative, creative approach to marketing, open to change and always seeking new ideas, concepts and practices to enhance abilities and outputs
  • Relevant qualification in marketing or journalism
