Position: Content Specialist

Job Description:
Role:
- Run test cases in the virtual agent (chatbot) for various prompts or queries provided in local language.
- Write queries or question prompts to test use cases assigned for different scenarios.
- Compare responses generated by the virtual agent in local language against responses available in English language.
- Review for accuracy and relevancy in local language and capture any errors in translation. Noticed.
- Execute test cases and report defects found in the localization output.
- Perform detailed exploratory testing with the aim to find edge cases and make the user experience better.
- Write accurate translation/ localization bug reports with proper details and respond quickly on additional information requested for the bugs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in content translation in the product/ services industry.
- Experience in working with engineering and testing teams for Localization (L10) testing preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (B2/C1) and expert in native language required.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural skills and ability to work with team members from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communications and critical thinking skills.
