XTB is seeking an experienced Copywriter/Translator to write, translate and edit content across marketing channels. We need a creative thinker who can develop engaging, research-backed content that supports our brand voice and strategy. Your tasks will also include translating documents such as PR articles, SEO articles, news, market trends, social posts and others from Headquarter.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and create creative content that resonates with our brand’s target audiences across a variety of social media platforms and marketing materials’ formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to ensure content supports innovative marketing campaigns.
- Clarify complex or technical concepts, engage marketing materials for specific channels and audiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand audience to ensure content remains relevant and engaging. – To translate content include documents, PR and SEO articles, video scripts, news, market trends and outlook…and other relevant content.
- Resolve issues associated with translation, localization, and culture.
- Engage with other inhouse departments to proceed the translation tasks such as receiving the files, translate, submitting to get the approval from Headquarter.
- Working with Regulator and other Government organization to get the approval for all the translated documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
● An excellent track record as a professional copywriter.
● Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles and best practices.
● Understanding of trading is a plus.
● Strong research skills.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics and adjust content accordingly.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
● Ability to adapt to changing marketing strategies and business priorities.
Education and Training Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
● Two or more years of professional content writing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment or in the trading industry.
● One or two years experience in translating the documents (experience in trading market is preferred).
