LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture. A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL has recently started localization projects in Vietnam, Indonesia and Romania, we’re on a mission of expanding our products and services to more people, empowring their changes in life. To help people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Course Advisor/Expert to deliver our educational products to our clients and owning the quality assurance process for the localized documents.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Constantly and actively learning LMSL’s courses to be certified by LMSL;
- Assisting clients’ needs regarding their concerns, goals, interests and monitor their
progress and performance;
- Prepare lesson plan based on our framework research documents
- Conducting the 1on1 consultation sessions with our clients;
- Conduction the group coaching sessions with our clients;
- Being the subject-matter experts by giving comprehensive advices based on LMSL’s
framework to address clients’ concerns;
- Inspecting and assuring quality of translated content (from English into Vietnamese) from
the translation team;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of LMSL’s framework and providing recommendations for
improvements of different important aspects of elements in 12 different areas (personal,
relationships, family, parenting, household management, home organization, personal
productivity, personal resilience, happiness, wellbeing, affluence and longevity)
- Other tasks associated with course consultation assigned by the Direct Manager
We expect you to:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Humanities fields, Education, or other relevant
related studies;
- Previous role(s) should demonstrate 2+ years of consecutive experience in a relevant field

- Have experience in public speaking or writing;
