Creative Project Manager (Japanese-English Bilingual)

Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager with a strong background in managing localization and digital media projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in overseeing graphic design and video projects while demonstrating excellent judgment and confidence in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Japanese localization projects to ensure accurate translation and cultural adaptation of digital content.
• Oversee digital media projects, including website design and development, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate graphic design and video production projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing professionals, to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Client servicing for project deliverables, feedback, and review for multiple projects and clients.
• Proposal development for creative product services as company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative project management, specifically in localization and digital media projects.
• Japanese-English fluency both written and speaking
• Strong background in managing graphic design and video production projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools and graphic design software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Confident decision-maker with sound judgment in managing project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.

About this role:

1. Freelance contract base role
2. 20-40 hours per week
3. Hourly compensation
4. Day shift (Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm JST)
