Crypto Marketing Specialist (Korean)

Responsibilities

  • Social media and community management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage the Korean users, including but not limited to Kakao, Naver, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
  • Brand Reputation Management:
  • Monitor and manage the brand’s online presence in the Korean market.
  • Respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Localization, Translation, and Proofreading:
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns and materials for the Korean market, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Translate marketing materials and other documents from English/Chinese to Korean, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
  • Proofread and edit Korean content to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Korean Market Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion with local ads channels, aiming to expand our promotion channels.
  • Develop creative collaborations and sponsored content initiatives with bloggers and influencers, aligning with our brand values and target audience.
  • Press Release and Sponsored Article Management:
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of press releases and sponsored articles in the Korean market.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to maximise exposure and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing / Corporate Communications or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Korean marketing, preferably in the cryptocurrency or FX industry.
  • Native-level fluency in Korean and proficiency in English and/or Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. liaise with Korean stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean crypto market, culture and consumer behaviour.
  • Close working relationship with Hong Kong branding team.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
