Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled linguist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating product-related content, ensuring clarity and accuracy while enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will also involve supporting our app/web UI, creating client FAQs, and developing marketing flyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation and Localization: Translate product documentation, marketing materials, and user interfaces from English and Simplified Chinese to Japanese, English and Traditional Chinese, ensuring cultural relevance and technical accuracy.
- Support App/Web UI: Collaborate with the development team to optimize user interface text for clarity and usability, enhancing user experience across digital platforms.
- Client FAQ Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive FAQ section that addresses common client inquiries, ensuring users have access to accurate and helpful information.
- Marketing Materials: Develop and translate marketing flyers and promotional materials to effectively communicate product features and benefits to the target audience.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit translated content for grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the crypto sector, to ensure translations are relevant and informed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in product translation, preferably in the tech or crypto industry.
- Personal trading experience in cryptocurrencies or related financial instruments is highly desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in English and excellent command of one or more languages including Chinese, Japnaese, (name of Indonesian language), & others.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with translation tools and software; understanding of app/web UI principles is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Crypto Industry Knowledge: Experience in the crypto industry, with an understanding of key concepts, terminology, and market trends.
