Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery for CRM solutions (preferably MS Dynamics).
- Collaborate with teams to exceed customer and project expectations.
- Drive delivery improvements and ensure successful SaaS implementations.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting customer success.
- Oversee service scoping with sales and Account Executives.
- Ensure continuous improvement in customer experience and service artifacts.
- Deliver high-quality consulting services and meet customer satisfaction goals.
Skills:
- 5-8 years of CRM (MS Dynamics) and implementation/upgrade experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with C-level executives.
- Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel onsite for consulting and implementation services.
