Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery for CRM solutions (preferably MS Dynamics).
  • Collaborate with teams to exceed customer and project expectations.
  • Drive delivery improvements and ensure successful SaaS implementations.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting customer success.
  • Oversee service scoping with sales and Account Executives.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in customer experience and service artifacts.
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Skills:

  • 5-8 years of CRM (MS Dynamics) and implementation/upgrade experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with C-level executives.
  • Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for consulting and implementation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate and post-edit content from English to French.
  • Train machine translation engines and research terminology.
  • Test translated software and ensure quality assurance of published documentation.

  • Tech-savvy and quick learner.
  • Experience with CAT tools, machine translation, and software localization (L10N, I18N).
