We are currently looking for a motivated and communicative Customer & Aftersales intern based in Madrid.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our aftersales and customer service team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success and be in contact with the translations and project managers. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the project management team, the saes team and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Responsable for the customer loyalty
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Preparation of quotes for customers
- Scheduling with clients
- Lead client correspondence
- Use of CAT Tools, Layout applications and others
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Translation, or similar or min. 3 years of experience in the field
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CAT Tools and Layout App experience, desirable
- English: min C1
- Spanish: min C1
- Other languages such as German, French, Italian or Chinese desirable
